What you'd actually do

  1. Translate business priorities into scalable tools, processes, and playbooks that help merchants grow on Uber—through both individual ownership and cross-functional partnership.
  2. Scope, define, and deliver global merchant initiatives that advance strategy, unlock efficiencies, and create measurable impact.
  3. Partner across teams to shape the long-term approach to merchant growth. Identify the key processes, products, and initiatives required to deliver on that vision.
  4. Build strong relationships across commercial teams, operations, tech, and other partners to deliver results and move initiatives forward effectively.
  5. Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Lead internal reviews and facilitate discussions with global commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
