  2. Define team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and team efficiency.
  3. Define and optimize the end-to-end operational processes for the Global Partner Sales Desk, focusing on scalability, compliance, and efficiency and leverage AI wherever possible.
  4. Oversee the seamless execution of high-volume, day-to-day partner sales desk operations, including Deal Registration and validation, CRM hygiene, Quoting and PO issuance and troubleshooting issues.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on operational metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency gains.
