Product Management Manager (IC) to drive the evolution of technology for global programs at Salesforce, focusing on AI-powered tools, agent-based solutions, and enterprise-scale planning systems for the global sales organization. Key responsibilities include owning programmatic follow-up tools, scaling AI tools for Programs & Strategic teams, leading agentic interface development with a focus on Slack and agentic layers, and maintaining global programs tracking infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end programmatic follow-up tool for marketing engagement including roll out to Strategic Events
  2. Incubate and scale AI tools for Programs & Strategic teams: gather best practices and co-develop infrastructure for Salesforce on Salesforce solutions on a Global scale
  3. Lead agentic interface development: collaborate cross-functionally on shared Agentic functionality to identify business hot spots and areas of opportunity with a focus on Slack & Agentic layers of engagement
  4. Maintain and enhance global programs tracking infrastructure
  5. Provide expert-level support to global users across our portfolio of tools through tickets & office hours

Skills

Required

  • 5 years of professional experience in Sales Strategy, Program or Product Management roles
  • Drive product roadmaps
  • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure: Data 360 (Data Cloud), Snowflake, Airflow
  • Salesforce business acumen
  • Build trust with diverse stakeholders in a global, matrix environment
  • Communicate effectively with executives and manage upward expectations
  • Commitment to helping users until their problem is 100% solved
