Manager, HR Business Partner role focused on providing strategic HR partnership and delivering HR solutions for business groups, including talent management, culture, engagement, and organizational efficiency. Requires strong relationship building, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic HR business partnership to one or more business groups
  2. Oversee and deliver HR solutions to the business, including: people strategy, performance and talent management, culture and belonging, engagement and retention, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and succession management
  3. Partner with the HR leadership team on planning and delivering HR solutions to the business
  4. Operate as a trusted advisor to our HR Centres of Excellence serving as the expert on people and organizational issues
  5. Navigate a fast-paced environment with significant change; leveraging effective HR processes to enable the organization to innovate and grow

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of client facing experience OR at least 3 years of consulting experience OR a combination

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
  • 5+ years of client facing experience or 5+ years of consulting experience or a combination
  • 4+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
