Manager, HR Global Mergers & Acquisition Project Manager responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR life cycle for corporate transactions, including due diligence, integration planning and execution, and risk management. The role requires strong project/process management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a global scope.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support of HR due diligence and integration activities, including providing project management support on multiple concurrent acquisitions and other transactions
  2. Develop and manage project plans in a dynamic environment, including the tracking of progress against plans and communicating updates to the deal-specific HR and/or integration project teams
  3. Coordinate, execute and instill strong risk management practices throughout acquisition and integration lifecycle to identify, socialize and resolve key risks and issues to deliver a consistent and well-managed experience across the organization
  4. Work with HR project teams to conduct employee related data analysis (e.g. workforce / headcount, benefits, etc.)
  5. Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
