This role focuses on advising business partners on implementing HR risk policies and programs, ensuring adherence to Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, and partnering with Legal and Compliance on employment and privacy laws. It involves HR risk assessments, control documentation, issue management, policy support, audit support, and assessing regulatory changes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide guidance and advice to business partners on implementing HR risk policies and programs.
  2. HR Risk Assessments of new or changing intent to ensure new intent is assessed through appropriate forums
  3. HR Regulatory applicability: Partner with HR, Legal and Compliance to review and update regulatory applicability
  4. HR Controls: Accountable for Uncovered RMAP process, identify and document appropriate controls, in the Risk Management system of record, FUSE
  5. HR Issues & Events: Provide support for HR Issues & Events; ensure adherence to Enterprise Risk Management standards and expectations

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of risk management experience or at least 5 years of human resource experience
  • At least 2 years of process management experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of Human Resource experience
  • 6+ years of experience in process management
  • 3+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with key stakeholders or internal business partners
  • 2+ years of experience influencing senior leadership
  • Agile or Design Thinking experience
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools
  • Experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities
