Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support NVIDIA's Finance and RESS organizations, focusing on people strategy, organizational efficiency, talent scalability, and growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, leading organizational development, workforce and talent planning, mentoring managers, resolving employee relations matters, and owning HR metrics and analytics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Finance senior leaders to define and complete people strategies aligned with business priorities, and operational excellence.
  2. Act as a strategic collaborator with leadership teams while staying closely involved in daily operations.
  3. Act as the primary liaison between the business and corporate HR functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.
  4. Collaborate with the Finance leadership team to understand business strategies, assess organizational health, and compose actionable plans to build capabilities and support growth.
  5. Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and talent planning efforts for Finance, including identifying skills gaps for critical roles.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be fully onsite in Santa Clara, CA
  • 10+ overall years of progressive professional HR experience, including significant client-facing HRBP work
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success developing and leading HR professionals
  • Proven experience using HR data and analytics to influence decisions and drive outcomes
  • Expertise in compensation principles, performance management, and talent planning
  • Proven capability to establish trust, credibility, and sway with senior leaders in a global, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and advanced Excel capabilities
