Manager Inside Sales

Adobe is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of digital sellers focused on the Digital Media portfolio in North America. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring sales goals and KPIs are met. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams, develop account penetration strategies, and manage sales processes with a metrics-driven approach to achieve revenue targets. The role leverages data and analytics to predict customer behavior and drive sales actions.

  1. Leading the team by coaching, mentoring & motivating the team with a high level of EQ & becoming a trusted leader for the team.
  2. Should possess strong collaboration skills, as the Digital Sellers leverage other teams for their own success.
  3. Driving the highest level of performance from the team at the same time role modelling & instilling Adobe values in the team.
  4. Building knowledge of Adobe products and services – their features, benefits, prices, and additional services.
  5. Developing ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch the relevant product benefits to complete a sale.
