What you'd actually do

  1. Own all facets of day-to-day management of the assigned Instructor team including:
  2. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly business targets, providing management with an accurate forecast and risk analysis of deliveries and metrics
  3. Report on Course, Workshop impact and deliver feedback on weekly scorecard and productivity metrics to senior management, and also monitor required trainings or learnings as assigned by the business
  4. Track operational excellence, AI tool adoption and innovations
  5. Collaborate with content leaders, training strategists, and operations to understand the delivery needs.
