Salesforce is seeking a Manager - Instructors to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of courses and workshops focused on leveraging the Salesforce platform, including AI tools. The role involves managing a team of instructors, driving customer success through education, and tracking operational excellence and AI tool adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own all facets of day-to-day management of the assigned Instructor team including:
  2. Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with content leaders, training strategists, and operations to understand the delivery needs of assigned Clouds.
  3. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for deliveries, fill business needs and support Instructors on their ramp journey for skilling up by managing scheduling and supporting milestones.
  4. Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to maximize audience engagement during Courses’ (ILT’s) and Workshops such as live polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive discussions.
  5. Embodies the Salesforce culture and uses that to lead a team that everyone enjoys working with. Has a passion for developing/maintaining overall team CSAT, Utilization, bench strength. and nurturing and developing talent, and also creates a safe environment for open and honest dialogue and feedback.
