Manager, International Trade Policy

Visa is seeking a Manager, International Trade Policy to lead engagement with governments and stakeholders on trade policy, advancing Visa's global business interests. Responsibilities include representing Visa, monitoring policy developments, supporting strategy execution, and building partnerships. The role requires experience in international trade, electronic payments, financial services, and digital trade policy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Represent Visa before the U.S. government and foreign governments, as well as trade associations and multistakeholder forums.
  2. Monitor international trade policy developments in the United States and globally and analyze their impacts to Visa and our partners.
  3. Support execution of strategies, position papers, and other content to shape policy outcomes on international trade policy, including those pertaining to electronic payments, data flows and digital trade.
  4. Support and track policy issues and the IA team’s engagements with consultants, legal counsel, trade associations, think tanks, and other key partners.
  5. Build deep partnerships with regional GA colleagues by proactively identifying opportunities for collaboration and delivering effective solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
