This role is for a Learning Consultant within Comcast Advertising, focused on establishing learning strategies, designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions to drive business performance. It involves acting as a learning consultant, architecting learning roadmaps, engineering learning strategies, and leveraging learning analytics. The role is an individual contributor with no direct supervisory responsibilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a learning consultant, uncovering root-cause performance gaps to architect high-impact learning roadmaps that drive business outcomes
  2. Engineers learning & performance strategies and executes on those strategies; includes responsibilities throughout the full learning experience design process (analysis, design, development, implementation / facilitation, and evaluation) that drive behavioral outcome including sustaining and scaling solutions for the long-term
  3. Identifies complex data from broad skills analyses and scales those themes into product suites, strategies, or solutions for the business
  4. Leverages learning analytics to share holistic learning insights and learning initiative results back to aligned business areas
  5. Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e. Change Management, Project Management, Knowledge Management, Business Process Design, Enterprise Learning Teams, etc.) to ensure appropriate integration, scale, and analysis of tracking and reporting.
