What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute marketing activities for brand / product / store / pop-up stores (PR, advertising, events, in-store promotions, digital promotions, etc.)
  2. Understand Disney's overall business activities (movies, games, TV, etc.) and plan/execute cross-functional initiatives for store business
  3. Plan and execute initiatives to drive mutual customer traffic to physical stores and online stores
  4. Manage for high-quality output based on planning
  5. Plan and execute market/customer research and collaborate with related departments
  6. Manage the internal team

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer goods marketing and retail marketing/sales promotion planning
  • Experience in marketing activity schedule/budget management and sales promotion tool planning/production
  • Experience in directing and managing production of advertising materials (video, still images) and planning/executing consumer events
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills

Nice to have

  • Market/customer research planning, design, and analysis skills
  • Team management experience
