Manager, Marketing Production for Netflix in Italy & Greece, overseeing campaign production and project management for films, series, and initiatives. Requires strong project management, production expertise, and ability to navigate complex workflows. Will manage production and delivery of marketing campaign assets, working with internal teams and external agencies. What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively managing the production of multiple campaign launches to ensure timely and accurate development, production and delivery of creative assets and consumer activations in the market both for Local and International titles and initiatives
  2. Being a thought partner with marketing managers on the creative development of local campaigns. Partner with them to provide production guidance, best practice advice, and innovative solutions for the creation and execution of campaign assets, stunts, and activations linked to the promotion of our titles
  3. End-to-end production management for marketing shoots (esp. AV), activations and asset creation for bespoke title campaigns
  4. Managing agency and vendor relationships by leading day-to-day production communications, project scope of work, production budgets and timelines
  5. Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor technical quality standards and brand & creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Netflix guidelines
