What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team of marketing production managers and oversee the production budget, reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, Japan.
  2. Optimize workflows and manage key campaign elements, including budget and timing.
  3. Acting as a creative and strategic thought partner for Marketing Managers throughout campaign development and owning the campaign execution of title and brand campaigns.
  4. End-to-end production management for the entire asset suite (including asset planning, production, management, and final delivery).
  5. Driving localization of global creative materials to deploy marketing experiences and extensions with high regional relevance.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in creative production or marketing-led project management
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience identifying operational challenges and providing solutions
  • Systems thinker who leverages technology to improve team efficiency
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
