What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Messaging Strategy: Set the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Tudum’s Publishing Messaging Program, balancing growth, engagement, and quality.
  2. Lead Program Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, launch, and optimization across scaled and bespoke messaging initiatives.
  3. Drive Global Expansion: Lead global pilots and rollouts, including localization, compliance, and integration with Netflix messaging platforms.
  4. Advance Data & Experimentation: Establish best-in-class measurement, testing, and segmentation practices to continuously improve performance.
  5. Build Scalable Infrastructure: Partner with product and engineering to leverage Netflix’s messaging ecosystem; evolve a scalable CRM foundation that enables advanced audience segmentation, personalized content delivery, and actionable performance insights.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, preferably in a digital media or subscription-based environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale, data-driven messaging programs with measurable impact on audience growth and engagement.
  • Deep fluency in experimentation, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience partnering with product, analytics, editorial, and marketing teams in complex organizations.
  • Strong program leadership and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience designing and scaling CRM and messaging infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze or Klaviyo and modern analytics tools.
