What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, manage, and mentor a sales team responsible for growing Mid-Market clients on the U4B platform, focusing on upsell and cross-sell motions
  2. Establish a customer-obsessed sales organization, while developing and operationalizing go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue goals
  3. Quarterback C-level meetings with Mid-Market clients along with your Account Executives, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges, and recommend solutions
  4. Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, own & achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor Growth Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  5. Partner efficiently with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
