What you'd actually do

  1. Identify SF trends and educational opportunities for external and internal teams
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to identify best practices leading to improved patient outcomes in AMICGS, develop a strategy to implement identified best practices into field activities leading to improved outcomes and reduce preventable adverse events.
  3. Educate and train the commercial field on effective use of Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation, improved data integrity, and enhanced ability to drive outcome-focused customer conversations.
  4. Compiles best practices, pathways and care delivery models that align with patient identification and improved patient outcomes.
  5. Serves as a subject matter expert to the commercial field team on outcome improvement and implementation of best practices in critical care departments.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience with 5 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to plan and execute large scale educational events
  • Ability to build a strategic plan based on data insights
  • Proficient in MS Office and Tableau
  • Experience navigating Salesforce and entering cases
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • 75% travel required

  • Master's degree
