Manager for NVIDIA's Assisted and Autonomous Driving (ADAS) operations in Seoul, Korea. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide direction and guidance to your local team covering AV operations (contractor roles include drivers, test operators, coordinators) and run our regional operations with excellence and efficiency
  2. Drive priorities to ensure our development and test fleet achieves schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles
  3. Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, operations, customers and other teams to identify gaps, resolve issues and provide RCCA
  4. Proactively define and provide critical metrics and initiate improvements for efficiencies and report test execution and efficiency
  5. Ensure compliant, flexible and efficient AV operations establishing and tuning matching trainings and processes to keep your assigned location fully compliant

Skills

Required

  • BS degree or greater in an engineering or SW field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ overall years of working experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • Hands-on experience with automotive and/or software product development and operations
  • Strong project/program/product management fundamentals
  • Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a multi-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of automotive electronics, sensors and software
  • On the ground experience scaling vehicle operations
  • Extensive experience with critical metrics and data analytics as well as reporting dashboards and workflow management systems (e.g. Tableau, JIRA)
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business field, or equivalent experience
