What you'd actually do

  1. Develops and implements comprehensive training plans for Walmart Private Fleet drivers, ensuring drivers meet all safety and operational standards.
  2. Manages the facilitation of learning activities by overseeing associate training on leadership case studies or functional scenarios.
  3. Regularly connects with business stakeholders to determine training program requirements, collaborates with the design team on appropriate content creation, and engages subject-matter experts to develop practical application scenarios.
  4. Oversees and manages Fleet Development Facilitators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
  5. Develops Facilitators and team members by providing feedback to enhance facilitation skills, assessing the team's performance in the sessions facilitated, and making recommendations for additional training.
