What you'll do...
Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager of Risk Operations to support Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety organization. This role supports the execution of operational initiatives that strengthen driver safety, ensure fairness, and protect platform integrity. About the team:
- Operational Execution: Execute risk mitigation initiatives aligned to the program strategy, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
- Workplan Management: Translate strategic direction into actionable workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Risk Analysis Support: Support risk assessments through data collection, analysis, and documentation of claims, incidents, and litigation trends.
- Process & Controls: Monitor and respond to risk-related controls and alerts across LMD operations and external partnerships.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track program progress, maintain reporting artifacts, and provide updates to leadership.
- Litigation and Claims Support: Manage execution of legal and regulatory inquiries to ensure timely and accurate production of incident case records.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, operations, claims management, program management, or related fields
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute against defined priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations
- Exposure to legal discovery processes, claims operations, or litigation support work
- Demonstrated ability to operate with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience using data and tracking tools to support program execution and reporting

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
