What you'll do...
This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
- Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
- Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
What You’ll Bring:
Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
Experience in retail or supply chain environments
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibilities

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
