Manager, Partnership Ops

Manager in the Growth Product and Partnerships (GPP) team responsible for building operational processes, tools, policies, and data to support go-to-market strategies with strategic partners. The role involves improving business processes, managing client-facing aspects, and collaborating with various internal teams like Product, Legal, and Data Science to drive initiatives and track performance. Key responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, defining SLAs, developing project plans, ensuring data quality, supporting account strategies, and providing thought leadership on market developments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify inefficiencies in processes and workflows, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  2. Work cross-functionally with a number of Visa teams including Product, Partnerships, Legal to drive process enhancements
  3. Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance standards to measure and improve portfolio health
  4. Ensure onboarding and integration of data sources from various sources to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement
  5. Support the account and relationship management and sales plan for these accounts, ensuring that the client's business objectives are met
