Job Description
The Role
This newly created role will support Visa’s Payments Acceptance (Acquiring) partnership with a Tier 1 Australian Financial Institution.
The role sits at the centre of a complex, high-profile partnership spanning scheme compliance, risk, data, commercial governance and value-added services, and plays a critical role in delivering partnership outcomes and growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day management of the Partnership as a senior point of contact.
- Own the partnership operating model, including governance forums, cadence, and executive-level reporting.
- Manage complex workstreams across scheme compliance, risk, data, and performance management.
- Track, govern and generate reporting on contractual and commercial obligations.
- Support the execution and governance of an expanded Partnership model, including oversight of investment commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, risk, advisory, finance and legal to deliver joint initiatives and resolve issues.

- 6 or more years of work experience in a related field

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously.
- Strong experience in payments, acquiring, or financial services.
- Demonstrated understanding of scheme rules, risk and data environments, and commercial governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex institutional client relationships and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience managing partnership commercial frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
