What you'd actually do

  1. Champion the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with Walmart’s values.
  2. Manage the end-to-end associate lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding, with a focus on operational excellence.
  3. Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  4. Facilitate and support team-level talent discussions, enabling leaders to identify development opportunities, succession plans, and career pathways.
  5. Deliver insights into people trends, leveraging internal data and external benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
