What you'd actually do

  1. Design Figma’s employee relations strategy in concert with the Director, People, and directly own the global execution of said strategy, such that it’s aligned with our company values, risk posture, and company growth plans
  2. Directly manage and develop a global team of 4 ER professionals that enhances ER capabilities across regions while balancing jurisdictional and cultural nuance with company norms
  3. Provide oversight and guidance on complex and sensitive investigations globally, and personally lead or co-lead the highest-risk investigations in partnership with Employment Legal
  4. Guide or advise on complex accommodation, leave, and/or performance matters in partnership with your team, Benefits, BEI, and Employment Legal
  5. Act as a strategic thought partner to People Partners and senior leadership on employee risk, performance management, and broader organizational health, with a demonstrated ability to balance legal risk, employee experience, and business realities with recommendations and decision-making
