Manager for Netflix's Live Sports and Specials Post Production team, responsible for overseeing external production workflows, managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for live broadcast content.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Netflix Live Technical Management, Distribution, Localization teams, and external production/post partners to define and implement key post-production workflows—including camera capture, HDR color pipelines, master delivery, and final archive—with a strong focus on 4K and multicam, live-to-tape environments.
  2. Establish and manage workflows for internal content reviews, such as cut reviews for pre-produced packages, features, and edited SVOD content.
  3. Evaluate, vet, and enhance partner delivery workflows for SVOD content derived from live broadcasts.
  4. Set up and maintain delivery workflows for Netflix-produced assets entering live broadcasts, overseeing asset management from internal creative teams to production control rooms or Broadcast Operations.
  5. Assess new technical initiatives and determine their feasibility and application on a project-by-project basis.
