This role manages a team of Value Engineers focused on customer success and value realization for Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, which heavily leverages AI capabilities. The manager will lead the team in identifying, framing, and scaling value for customers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Responsibilities include strategic customer engagements, leading QBRs/EBRs, talent development, and ensuring the team effectively utilizes the platform to achieve customer goals. The role requires deep domain and industry expertise, product understanding, project management, executive stakeholder management, and experience with value selling methodologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including responsibility for landing, expanding, adoption and renewing accounts
  2. Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support the deployment of new features, apps, and products across the customer base, and advance strategic growth programs in pursuit of value creation
  3. Recruit the next-generation of Celonis Value Engineers, while setting a high-standard for candidate excellence
  4. Develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship
  5. Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on company sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets
