This role focuses on managing the product portfolio for the Global Payment Network (GPN) team at Capital One. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the business owner to build roadmaps through forecasting grounded in capacity planning, high-level estimates of work and target dates
  2. Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Facilitate the intake process for new work entering the portfolio, ensuring the work is aligned to goals and has clearly defined scope and value.
  4. Adhere to Enterprise & GPN governance during intake, ensuring strong risk management, operational excellence, and transparent decision-making
  5. Provide portfolio metrics, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision making.
