Manager, Process Manager- Global Payment Network

This role is a Manager of Process Management for Capital One's Global Payment Network. The primary focus is on leading a team to deliver and improve business processes, create and modify processes, monitor data trends, and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure products are well-documented, efficient, and supported. Key responsibilities include content management, process optimization, governance and compliance, and support/collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Content Management: Author and maintain high-quality technical specs, supplemental guides, and user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
  2. Process Optimization: Analyze stakeholder requirements and perform gap analyses to improve documentation clarity, usability, and cross-functional workflows.
  3. Governance & Compliance: Manage document lifecycles, including version control, review cycles, and adherence to Enterprise/GPN risk management standards.
  4. Support & Collaboration: Triage customer feedback and partner with Success teams to ensure content accuracy and a user-centric experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process management

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Process management
  • 5+ years of experience in Project management
