Manager, Process Manager- Global Payment Network

This role is a Process Manager for Capital One's Global Payment Network team. The primary focus is on delivering and improving business processes, creating and modifying processes, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring data trends, and ensuring data integrity. The role involves content management, process optimization, governance, compliance, and support/collaboration with other teams. It is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Content Management: Author and maintain high-quality technical specs, supplemental guides, and user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
  2. Process Optimization: Analyze stakeholder requirements and perform gap analyses to improve documentation clarity, usability, and cross-functional workflows.
  3. Governance & Compliance: Manage document lifecycles, including version control, review cycles, and adherence to Enterprise/GPN risk management standards.
  4. Support & Collaboration: Triage customer feedback and partner with Success teams to ensure content accuracy and a user-centric experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 2 years of experience in Process management

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Process management
  • 5+ years of experience in Project management
