Manager, Product Development

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Hsinchu, Taiwan

Manager for chip New Product Introduction (NPI) and Production, focusing on yield enhancement, waste reduction, cycle time optimization, and ensuring smooth execution to meet customer demand for Data Center (GPU) products. The role involves leading a technical team, identifying and implementing test processes, analyzing and root-causing yield limiters and qualification failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and test coverage.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a technical team responsible for the CP/FT program release, qualification and the CHAR activities during the NPI. Will be also playing the product owner role from TWN site.
  2. Identify and implement the test processes to improve the manufacturing efficiency for our latest GPU architectures, built in leading-edge process technology.
  3. Analyze and root cause the product yield limiters, qualification failures (GPU, HBMs silicon and the package) on the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
  4. Lead multi-functional efforts with DFx, Design, Timing, Test, Foundry, Quality, and Suppliers to root-cause the complicated technical problems.
  5. Develop creative solutions for the complex problems and be on the front-line to lead showstopper bugs.
