Required

  • 8+ years combined business and digital experience
  • Leader of a team being able to set a clear vision and drive accountability to meet their goals
  • Served as the lead on small to medium digital and technology projects, including evaluating and improving estimates, scope, and plans
  • Experience with technical, user and business issues in a digital organization.
  • Identify and articulate the impact of the latest industry trends on our business.
  • Work collaboratively across large matrixed organizations
  • Experience collaborating with and achieving applicable results through others and the capability to interact within all levels
  • Ability to coach, mentor, educate, and handle conflict management/negotiations
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
