Product Manager role focused on driving innovation and growth in card acquisitions by orchestrating the build of end-to-end real-time, intelligent experiences. This role involves understanding platform capabilities, modernizing financial core systems, collaborating with business units and engineering teams, and ensuring well-managed launches through testing and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing an end-to-end understanding of our Decisioning as a Service platforms and surrounding ecosystems to anticipate how changes in one part of system interplay with the rest
  2. Driving the Card Acquisitions financial-core modernization to completion, transitioning from our legacy vendor to the new internally built core, unlocking data processing flows that power real-time, intelligent customer experiences
  3. Systematically partnering with our internal business unit customers to understand their strategic priorities and needs from Decisioning Platforms
  4. Collaborating with product and engineering teams across platforms to create a continuous feedback loop to improve our acquisitions service capabilities and move to self-serve
  5. Understanding long term roadmaps across decisioning ecosystem and feeding that into scoping/prioritization of business initiatives to create efficiencies
