What you'd actually do

  1. Stakeholder Management: Partner with a cross-functional team of Business, Operations, and Platform stakeholders, to align on business goals, scope, and delivery timelines
  2. Requirement Definition: Work with Business teams to meticulously define technical requirements, upholding a high standard for the "definition of done"
  3. Tech Delivery: Collaborate closely with Engineering partners to drive the full development lifecycle, from requirement definition to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of both BAU and new functionalities
  4. Problem Solving: Exercise critical thinking and curiosity in daily problem-solving. Know when to challenge assumptions, and employ sound judgment for escalations and decisions
  5. Executive Communication: Create high-quality presentations that translate complex technical progress into clear, compelling updates for executive audiences. Build the presentation, articulate the value, and gain stakeholder buy-in for your vision
