What you'd actually do

  1. This Product Manager would be joining a team dedicated to building out and expanding operational data infrastructure, integrating machine learning models into our ecosystem, and working closely with partner teams to enable smarter segmentation and decisioning.
  2. Scope includes working with Enterprise platforms to identify new technology, patterns and data sources, business partners to identify the highest leverage areas for expanding capabilities, and with risk management to ensure our process works seamlessly end to end.
  3. drive meaningful P&L impact each quarter.
  4. modernize our technology, elevate the voice of our most vulnerable customers, and innovate rapidly to define industry norms of what caring for customers truly means.
  5. build the experiences that allow struggling customers to responsibly manage their debt and understand what is best for them in the long-run.

Skills

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
