The role involves defining platform vision, API strategy, managing internal customer adoption, and establishing governance. It also includes working with various stakeholders, legal/risk/compliance, and industry innovators to deliver features for a "Credit Bureau Reporting as a Service" offering, with potential for AI integration and data analytics to uncover customer value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Platform Vision & API Strategy: Defining the technical vision and long-term strategy for the platform's core services, reusable components, data products, and internal APIs.
  2. Internal Customer Experience & Adoption: Treating internal partners (such as the Card line of business) as your primary customers, you will drive platform adoption by obsessively focusing on developer experience, documentation, and the overall onboarding journey.
  3. Platform Governance & Metrics: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
  4. shape the strategy and then deliver on new features enabling our vision for eCBR as “Capital One’s Credit Bureau Reporting as a Service”.
  5. work with multiple lines of business partners to understand their use case and requirements in order to stand up and manage their credit bureau reporting process.
