What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and long-term scalability.
  2. Translate customer experience requirements into capabilities ensuring alignment across our integrated applications to support a consistent, intuitive and efficient user experience.
  3. Oversee backlog refinement to ensure work is well defined, prioritized and ready for delivery.
  4. Partner with Scrum Masters, Architects and engineering delivery teams to ensure solutions and work are delivered with quality.
  5. Lead and mentor Associate Product Managers/Owners including providing coaching on backlog management, stakeholder engagement and prioritization.
