What you'd actually do

  1. Lead product strategy that focuses on accelerating customer acquisition, activation and early engagement through rapid experimentation and data-driven product optimization.
  2. Lead the vision, strategy, and development of experiences that remove friction for customers and run tests to drive specific business and customer growth outcomes.
  3. Leveraging data and customer insights, you will bridge the gap between marketing and product by ensuring value created by our engineering teams is realized by the customer.
  4. Build a culture of rapid experimentation, working closely with a cross functional team to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and scale what works to help small businesses succeed from day one.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
