Product Manager for an Observability Platform within Capital One's Global Payment Network organization. What you'd actually do

  1. Define the strategy and roadmap for the systems that provide end-to-end visibility into application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience.
  2. Partner closely with Business, Technology and Support teams to deliver scalable telemetry capabilities spanning metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and dashboards, to directly support payment network uptime, transaction integrity, and partner SLAs.
  3. Translate business priorities into platform features that deliver measurable value, and prioritizes reliability, cost efficiency, and developer experience, ensuring teams can proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly.
  4. Drive observability adoption across the organization, and measure success through improved system resilience and operational excellence.
