What you'd actually do

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a more complex production line, prepare schedules, solve problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Create reports and records of production processes, equipment and tool performance, and inventory; share them with managers and provide suggestions for improving safety, productivity, and quality.
  3. Prepare, maintain and update documentation related to operating procedures and safety and quality standards; ensure that all processes and products comply with established standards.
  4. Supervise and direct the daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, ensure coordination between different teams, ensure their safety and monitor their performance.
  5. Train new employees, manage scheduling and labor conflicts, supervise safety and promote internal communication to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills

Required

  • Engineering degree
  • 3 years of experience in Operations or Logistics positions
  • Basic English level
