Manager Production

What you'd actually do

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production line, preparing schedules, resolving problems and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
2. Create reports and records of production processes, performance, tool issues and inventory; share them with managers and provide suggestions for improving safety, productivity and quality.
3. Maintain and update documentation related to operational procedures and safety and quality standards; ensure that all processes and products meet the desired standards.
4. Supervise and direct the daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, ensure coordination between teams, ensure their safety and monitor their performance.
5. Participate in the integration of new employees, manage schedules and work conflicts, monitor safety and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
