What you'd actually do

  1. Supervise and coordinate production line activities, prepare schedules, resolve problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Prepare reports and records of production processes, tool performance and problems, as well as inventory; share them with managers and provide suggestions to improve safety, productivity and quality.
  3. Maintain and update documentation related to operational procedures and safety and quality standards; ensure that all processes and products comply with the required standards.
  4. Supervise and direct the daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, ensure coordination between different teams, ensure their safety and monitor their performance.
  5. Integrate new hires, manage scheduling and labor conflicts, monitor safety and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
