What you'd actually do

  1. Support and facilitate the stand-up of the OPM functional organization in the Propulsion Systems Business Unit and be responsible for leading a team of OPM’s across the Utah portfolio.
  2. Lead our manufacturing teams to improve operational efficiency, implement optimal solutions and define end-to-end manufacturing, integration & test strategies and facilities.
  3. Manage risk assessments and mitigation with a strong focus on compliance and ensuring that performance standards are met across all supported businesses.
  4. Identify focus areas for improvement/streamlining, development, and execution of operational initiatives, monitoring of operational goals and leadership objectives, and elimination of non-value-added activities at all levels in the organization.
  5. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. This includes detailed project planning and control, managing project scope and change control, and escalating issues where necessary.
