What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and coach a team of process experts and engineers.
  2. Drive people development through clear objectives, feedback and skills building.
  3. Lead and support projects across New Product Introduction (NPI), life cycle management, innovation/technology and continuous improvement in drug product compounding.
  4. Represent Operations in cross-functional teams for process design, ensuring regulatory compliance and fit-for-purpose, lean procedures.
  5. Conduct feasibility assessments for new products and prepare technical transfers.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in natural sciences or engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 4+ years in parenteral drug product manufacturing and/or development
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

What the JD emphasized
