This role focuses on driving operational excellence for employee-facing platforms, managing daily performance, continuous improvements, and issue resolution. It involves leading tool enhancements, backlog prioritization, and incident management, with a focus on improving employee experience and process efficiency through standardization and automation. The role also involves pursuing automation opportunities, including those related to AI technology, and managing system logic and API integrations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage XPE and Gratis site enhancements, incidents, and backlogs, including writing detailed business requirements, ticket creation and tracking, partnering with development teams, testing, and coordinating agent communications
  2. Drive opportunities from ideation through impact assessment, business case development, requirements, build, testing, and launch - utilizing strong project management and cross functional collaboration
  3. Identify and execute opportunities to improve employee experience, enhance process efficiency, reduce response times, and minimize duplicate tickets
  4. Pursue automation opportunities across process workflows and AI technology
  5. Lead coordination with CXSO XPE and Gratis teams on tool enhancements, including business case development, requirements documentation, and end-to-end implementation and analysis
