Program Manager for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of E-2D aircraft, responsible for cost, schedule, risk, and leading cross-functional teams. Requires Secret clearance and experience managing large development programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Reports to the E-2 France Program Director executing the E-2D France NRE program scope
  2. Responsible and accountable for leading execution of contract scope, through diligent management of cost, schedule, and risk
  3. Leads multifunctional teams in the establishment and execution of milestones tied to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions
  4. Leads multifunctional teams in the review and approval of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts
  5. Interfaces with Supplier Program counterparts to drive execution of the work scope

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience OR a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience
  • Project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Program Special Access
  • Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $100M
  • Prior experience with development programs
  • Prior management experience managing suppliers and / or major subcontractors on development programs
  • Prior leadership experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
