Manager, Proj Management Bu Integration

This role is responsible for driving the execution of Business Unit Integration (BUI) strategic initiatives, review and performance management, strengthening business excellence capabilities through structured governance and PMO practices. The Manager, Project Management BU Integration will work closely within the deliver organization to ensure initiatives are aligned, performance insights are actionable, and execution is connected to business priorities and financial outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to track progress, identify gaps, and enable data-driven decision-making for BUI segments.
  2. Drive the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
  3. Support governance forums, preparing materials, synthesizing insights, and ensuring follow-up on key decisions
  4. Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives for leadership

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Project/Program Management
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives or projects
  • Exposure to performance management, analytics, or business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to connect operational performance to financial impact
  • Experience with project/program management methodologies FPX (PMO mindset required)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority

Nice to have

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Operations environment
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives or transformation programs
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
