What you'd actually do

  1. Own project execution of existing international programs within schedule
  2. Accountable for tracking international follow-on business, pursuits and expansion into new countries and regions of existing products within the Operating Unit
  3. Retain authority for setting international compliance priorities for the segment of the business that you report to
  4. Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business; domestic and international
  5. Develop and maintain a list of key pursuits for the business - assess product readiness, review engagement plans and track the status of awards with a focus on resourcing

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience supporting project or program management activities
  • Demonstrated experience supporting international project/program management activities, including coordination of global customers, suppliers, or stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with development and processing of export or marketing licenses, including exposure to ITAR, EAR, or related internal compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development and/or capture activities, including participation in at least one proposal lifecycle effort (e.g. requirements review, schedule input, compliance review, cost input, or coordination activities)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with with MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word, used for program reporting, scheduling, tracking, or analysis
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required to be considered

Nice to have

  • Active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related technical discipline
  • Experience training, or certification related to Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
