What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee RIO execution within the Production Programs Business Area, ensuring alignment with the enterprise‑wide program.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between the RIO teams, Production Business Area , and internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Manage a complex, indirectly‑supervised team through clear, timely communication.
  4. Serve as the main interface between the RIO team and broader Production Business Area teams, ensuring that risks, issues, and opportunity actions within the Business Area are identified, tracked, and addressed promptly.
  5. Drive the end‑to‑end RIO workflow, guaranteeing consistent process compliance, monitoring performance metrics to provide visibility into RIO health and progress, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the Business Area.
